Netcompany-Intrasoft re-launched into the European IT landscape
Netcompany-Intrasoft will make a significant impact on the European IT landscape, especially by tailoring our offerings for the unique opportunities presented by the EU’s Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF), where more than 53 bn DKK is allocated for reforms and investments supporting the digital objectives in EU over the next five years.
Netcompany Group acquired INTRASOFT International SA in November 2021, in a move that created a European IT leader in-the-making, with a total employee count of over 6,500 and with a very broad reference list in the broader public and enterprise sectors. The new logo, name and overall brand identity of Netcompany-Intrasoft reflects the company’s new positioning in the technology sector, as it aims to enhance its engagement with global stakeholders and do its part to make Europe the new frontrunner in the digital transformation.
André Rogaczewski, CEO of Netcompany, states:
"We are facing an exciting time in Europe where a long list of countries are now understanding the value of digitalisation – and acting on this. By digitising Europe responsibly, we fundamentally change societies, businesses and the way we live our lives for the better.
Our acquisition of Intrasoft positions us to play a vital role in helping European governments, businesses, and institutions in their efforts to take the full advantage of digitalisation. We have joined forces to expand our reach and utilize the innovative platforms and competences that we each hold. The name change marks the first step in shaping the digital transition that Europe will go through in the coming decade."
