Netcompany has assisted DSV in the implementation of a complete global CRM solution that supports the sales processes from A-Z. DSV is a world-leading supplier of transport and logistics. DSV’s 60,000 employees — in more than 90 countries — help to ensure a steady supply of goods to production lines, outlets, stores and consumers all over the world. 

Quoting and price calculation is a central part of the daily business at DSV, with thousands of quotes being calculated each day. 

The existing quote platform had several issues in relation to performance, customer experience, expensive storage and licenses. Together, these issues resulted in high operational costs and a high degree of customisation that failed to scale globally.

A new quote tool has been developed as part of the project to overcome these issues. The tool is integrated seamlessly into the CRM’s sales processes, creating a  smoother experience for the DSV sales team and increasing their ability to perform excellent customer service.
