Business ethics

We are dedicated to strong ethical values across our business, encompassing fair competition, responsible taxation, fair payment practices, sustainable procurement, and a firm stance against bribery, corruption, harassment, and sexual harassment. Our commitment, articulated in our Code of Conduct Policy, aligns with several internationally recognised human rights instruments, including the International Bill of Human Rights, the International Labour Organisation Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and The Modern Slavery Act.

We maintain zero-tolerance for forced labour, slavery, human trafficking, and child labour throughout our value chain. Our dedication to these principles is integral to our corporate culture, fostering transparency, fairness, and integrity in everything we do.

Data ethics and safety

We uphold our Data Ethics Policy in compliance with the Danish Financial Statements Act. Established in 2020 and regularly reviewed, this policy is based on the principles of security, integrity, and trust, aligning with applicable legislation and standards. We handle various data types, including personal data, with strict access controls and transparency for customers. Our security measures, compliant with ISO/IEC 27001, ensure that data protection and internal audits are compliant.

While we incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning into specific solutions, we strictly avoid using these services for profiling, automated decision-making, or similar purposes. Whether we handle personal data or other data types, we consistently uphold our data ethics standards, ensuring that our processing activities and security measures align with the specific data requirements we manage.
