Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to work with our Talent Acquisition Team to attract and hire new employees for our company. As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for general administration and supporting the recruitment function. You’ll get exposure to all aspects of the recruitment processes whilst providing a seamless and positive interview experience for candidates and hiring managers.  You'll collaborate closely with the TA team and hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules, oversee candidate communications, and ensure seamless logistics for all interviews.

You will have experience working within an administrator/coordinator role within a fast-paced recruitment team. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to build effective working relationships, and a proactive work ethic.

You thrive as part of a changeable everyday life in a busy HR department, where you master juggling lots of tasks at once while still having a key attention to detail.

To achieve success, it is a prerequisite that you have drive and commitment beyond the usual. With a structured working style when arranging interviews, you will coordinate and communicate professionally and effectively with internal stakeholders and candidates.

 Main Responsibilities

  • Acting as a key point of contact to liaise with candidates, TA team and Hiring managers focussing on candidate experience.
  • Coordination and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting with recruitment activities including writing/posting job adverts, sourcing cvs, managing recruitment paperwork
  • Accurately maintain/update recruitment administrative systems
  • Support managers to follow recruitment guidelines and procedures and enabling a fair recruitment process within the interview process
  • Maintain accurate and Up-to-date records of freelancers and related documentation.
  • Build strong partnerships including with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates
  • Monitor agency PSL’s  
  • Ensure sufficient planning and organisation of your work, while also reporting on any issues with processes and striving to a more efficient process
  • Managing and prioritising multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgement
  • Ad hoc project work/reporting
Qualifications
  • Strong administration experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Enhanced IT skills including Microsoft packages such as Excel and SharePoint
  • An awareness of all aspects of legal compliance when dealing with confidential data. 
  • Self motivated, detail oriented and analytical
  • Able to meet deadline and complete administrative tasks to a high standard.
  • Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.
