Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with Netcompany strategic partners. The role involves strategizing to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance Netcompany product offerings and market presence.

The candidate will ensure that these collaborations are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the Netcompany objectives, ultimately driving mutual benefits for both parties.

Key responsibilities include:

Go to market

  • Work with a variety of partners to create and execute joint go to market plans, and winning propositions, that drive benefit for the partner and Netcompany.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to leverage partnerships in winning new business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate changes and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and align partner offerings accordingly.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network and capabilities.

Manage Partner performance

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to achieve favourable terms and pricing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize value from partner relationships and enhance overall business outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency by evaluating partner performance and recommending improvements.
  • Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance
  • Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to customers.
Qualifications

 

  • Experience in managing partner relationships, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
