People Strategy and Analytics Consultant

We're seeking a People Strategy and Analytics Consultant to join our diverse HR team. In this fast-paced, team-oriented role, you will shape organizational design, strategy, and culture initiatives, putting your analytical, strategic, and communication skills to the test. You will be part of our group HR department consisting of 15 employees, collaborating with international stakeholders in multiple countries and reporting to the People Strategy and Analytics Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify organizational needs and develop strategic solutions.
• Analyse organizational structures, processes, and systems and create solutions to drive organisational efficiency.
• Create and execute change management strategies for new initiatives.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to generate data-driven insights and presentations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.

Qualifications:

• A relevant master's degree with top results, or equivalent experience. We prefer candidates who are recent graduates or have up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, passionate about driving change and making a positive impact.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
