Job Description

As the HR Manager at Netcompany, you will have a vital role of overseeing the daily operations and management of our HR Team, covering HR Administration, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. This dynamic team is tasked with a wide range of responsibilities, covering recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, training and development coordination, mobility initiatives, performance management, retention strategies and fostering employee well-being.

In your role as the HR Team Manager, you will collaborate closely with your team to efficiently manage, optimise, and enhance our HR functions and procedures, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support across all organizational levels.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of the HR team, including planning, prioritising and delegating tasks, projects and responsibilities, as well as ensuring well-being and a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Ensuring continuous professional development of your team members
  • Building strong relationships and fostering close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, with the focus on understanding & responding to the needs of the business.
  • Ensuring that the team goals are met, with an emphasis on keeping track of all applicable rules and legislation, deadlines, annual cycles and business needs. With your strong professional foundation and solid management skills, you should support your team both professionally and in terms of delivery.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from HR Teams in other countries & Group HR to ensure good transfer of knowledge across the organisation, promoting best practices and process optimisation ideas.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: 

  • Master's degree (preferably in HR, administration or economics, although other disciplines will be also considered)
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including thorough understanding of the Polish labour law
  • Previous experience with recruitment processes
  • Proven experience in direct team management, coaching and developing team members
  • Familiarity with the IT market would be an advantage
