Job Description

As the Field Marketing Consultant, you will be joining the team to help drive demand generation for Netcompany in the UK and contributing directly to our growth. This role works closely with our Head of Marketing, Go to Market (GTM) Leads, and the wider Marketing team to create aligned multichannel campaigns which resonate with our audiences. To enable this, you will plan, execute, manage, and optimise end-to-end Field Marketing campaigns for Netcompany UK’s core market industries: Transport & Logistics, Healthcare, Defence & Manufacturing, Central Government.

Key responsibilities:

  • Translating business, GTM priorities and objectives into tasks - and running those tasks within projects.
  • Aligning with GTM leads to develop, implement and analyse business growth opportunities specific to their industries to drive pipeline growth and lead nurturing (From ABM to one-to-many).
  • Deliver and maximise a portfolio of face-to-face client events and workshops, demos and experiences at external conferences and exhibitions, virtual briefings and webinars, and other sales-led events.
  • Drive lead generation activities through multi-channel marketing: email blasts, paid ads, advertorials, etc.
  • Effectively negotiate with marketing channel suppliers and partners, keeping within campaign budgets.
  • Collaborate within the Marketing UK team to help achieve the team’s overarching goals in driving business growth, brand elevation and prospect nurturing.
Qualifications
  • Good experience of B2B Marketing experience and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the sales cycle, marketing funnel, customer journey, combined with an outcome-driven attitude.
  • Strong copywriting skills, eye for value-led content, and a good command of business writing for C-suite
  • Experience in campaign and data analysis.
  • Project management or campaign organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge or experience with private and public sector industries, and of technology-based services such as Cloud, Enterprise software, and Application development.
  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft365, email marketing platforms, project management platforms (Notion), CRM, CMS, Teams.
