Your new role 
As our new Employer Branding Consultant, you’ll join a team building a world-class and global Employer Brand (and having fun doing it!). You’ll spearhead recruitment campaigns, aligning them with recruitment needs and closely collaborating with communications and marketing colleagues in different markets and geographies. 

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Plan, develop, and maintain our career website (WordPress, focusing on attracting IT talent in 10+ countries)
  • Develop and implement creative digital concepts, campaigns, and innovative ways to communicate our employer brand
  • Newsletters & SoMe - content development, mail flow, and organic and paid campaigns
  • Measure the effectiveness of our employer branding efforts to identify opportunities for improvement and reporting
  • Develop authentic content that stands out across multiple digital channels 

You will be part of our Employer Branding team within the Marketing & Communication department. You will join us at an exciting time. About you

While we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities for this role to set you up for success: 

These include:

  • Relevant BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding or similar
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex messages clearly and engagingly in Danish and English 
  • Creative, resourceful, and a keen eye for digital storytelling
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems and a technical understanding that allows you to navigate digital platforms 
  • Experience with SEO, Adwords, Web Analytics, and similar digital tools
