Netcompany Talent Network 2023

The Netcompany Talent Network is coming to Vietnam for the first time ever!

The event is an annual tradition in Northern Europe, gathering tomorrow’s IT talents under one roof for a day filled with team building, challenging cases, and fun! And now, you can be a part of the grand premiere in Vietnam at a marvellous beach resort outside of Ho Chi Minh City – with all expenses covered by Netcompany.

You will get the most exciting day with many other talented IT students, allowing you to build an informal, unique network with peers from different universities in Ho Chi Minh City. And, in addition, you will become acquainted with one of Northern Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies.

We are looking for students with software engineering, computer science or similar backgrounds from top universities in Ho Chi Minh City to join our exclusive event.

All you have to do is fill out the form below no later than 24 March 2023. Once the deadline has passed we will select 40 qualified students. All applicants will be informed if they have received a spot or not. The event is a two-day trip taking place on 1 and 2 April 2023 in Lan Rung Phuoc Hai Resort, Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

What can you expect?

The event is conducted over two days. On the first day, you will:

  1. Start with different teambuilding activities on the resort beach. All the activities focus on collaboration to create a strong teamwork, which will help you with the case work later in the day.
  2. Work in teams to tackle a real Netcompany case! The case gives you insight into how it is to work as an IT consultant or Software Developer in Netcompany. The case is intense and challenging, but first and foremost fun.
  3. Have fun and relax at the exclusive beach resort following the case work. We end the day with a memorable gala dinner with great food and beverages.

The next day, you will enjoy a lovely breakfast at the resort before travelling back to Ho Chi Minh City by noon.
