I have the pleasure of being involved in one of the biggest projects at Netcompany, where a lot of talents are gathered.

I have been at Netcompany since May 2019 as a Consultant. My first day was also the day that Netcompany Vietnam moved to our new office. Even though everyone was busy with their work, I had a warm welcome from my new and friendly colleagues and got to hear an inspiring speech from our Country Manager.

I have the pleasure of being involved in one of the biggest projects at Netcompany, where a lot of talents are gathered. Therefore, there are many chances to gain knowledge and experience from skilled colleagues. They provide me with the opportunity to be involved in discussing and proposing solutions, as well as implementing complicated issues on the project.

I am impressed by our talent development programme, Netcompany Academy. Netcompany organizes a lot of helpful courses and seminars, which help me improve my personal as well as technical skills. Personally, I find it obvious that Netcompany is a great place for me to improve my skills and move forward with my career.

Netcompany After Dark is one of the most exciting things about being part of Netcompany and one of the things I love the most. Netcompany After Dark is a number of different events hosted during the year, including indoor and outdoor activities such as Friday bars, go-kart racing, etc. It really helps us to get to know our colleagues and relax after working hours. It makes me feel that Netcompany really cares about the employees.
