A team leader's role

I joined Netcompany in 2017. Before working at Netcompany, I was working as a web developer for five years with three years as a Salesforce consultant. When I joined Netcompany, I was assigned my first project where I was working as a team leader. As a team leader, I worked with project management and client communication. I was quickly assigned more responsibility, which was a great challenge, and it allowed me to develop professionally. The fact that I was given more responsibility made me feel like I played an important role in the project. Besides that, it is great to work with very skilled colleagues.
