Netcompany Academy

We believe you should strive to never stop learning. We designed Netcompany Academy to promote growth and learning for everyone across the business; it’s an extensive development programme, available to all and tailored to your individual needs.

All employees are enrolled in Netcompany Academy — no matter your seniority. Together, we develop through mandatory seminars, certifications and pop-up courses.
The timing and content is aligned with your chosen career path, role and ambitions. All seminars and training courses are designed specifically to supplement the skills and knowledge gained from your daily tasks and responsibilities. All training courses are for Netcompany participants only, the content is tailored specifically to be Netcompany-relevant and most courses are conducted by Netcompany professionals too. This ensures that the content, cases and discussions are of optimal quality and total relevance.

As an experienced employee at Netcompany, Netcompany Academy courses and seminars will focus on continuous development, managerial skills, in-depth understanding of methodology, plus leadership and strategy. As you progress through the content, you’ll naturally take on more responsibility as a manager, and you’ll network with your peers.

Share your knowledge

Sharing knowledge — and helping colleagues across teams and locations — has always been key to our success at Netcompany. We work in teams and we have an open and supportive culture where you can always ask a colleague or manager for help.

Knowledge sharing is easy through our Centres of Excellence. The Netcompany Centre of Excellence is an internal knowledge-based community that covers everything from specific technologies to methodology — e.g. Java, data migration, Oracle, .NET, Episerver, Salesforce, Sharepoint, high quality coding and much more. This means there’s always someone within the business ready to answer your technology questions. It also means you can learn from the best IT employees in the industry — no matter your location.

We promote the importance of knowledge sharing with the wider IT industry. As leaders in the field, it is our responsibility to educate others, be that through guest lectures at universities, or tech talks to a global audience.
