The Netcompany Talent Network is an annual tradition and gathers tomorrow's IT talents under one roof. It is one of the most prestigious student events in Northern Europe, including students from Denmark, Sweden, United Kingdom and Netherlands this year! Located in beautiful surroundings at a castle dating back to 1664, the Netcompany Talent Network offers a unique opportunity to meet other skilled students. 

The purpose of the event is to form an informal network between talented IT students across the different countries. The aim is that this network will be something that the participants can benefit from for the rest of their lives.

The participants are students with an IT, maths, engineering or science background from the top universities in the different countries.

Are you interested?

All you have to do is fill out the form below no later than 21 February 2023. Once the deadline has passed we will select a handful of students from the Netherlands. All applicants will be informed if they have received a spot or not. The event takes place this year on 30 March 2023 in Denmark.

Participants from United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Stockholm area, Sweden will arrive in Denmark the day before the event and leave the day after; you will be notified about the practicalities if you are selected to participate - with travel and accommodation expenses covered. Expect to be away from Wednesday afternoon until Friday afternoon.

What can you expect?

The day is divided into 3 main parts:

  1. You will start with different teambuilding activities like canoeing, archery and mind puzzles. All the activities focus on collaboration which creates a strong teamwork and a good foundation for the case work later in the day
  2. The case will be a real Netcompany case that gives you insight into how it is to work as an IT consultant or Software Developer in Netcompany. The case is intense and challenging, but first and foremost fun
  3. After the case, it is time to have fun and relax. We end the day with a three course dinner and finish off in the bar with cocktails and music

All teams will include participants from different countries and a mix of academic backgrounds.
