Talent Acquisition Consultant

·       Responsible for proactively identifying, sourcing and approaching potential candidates and managing them through the recruitment process.
·       Advising the business on current market conditions and competitor analysis
·       Able to take responsiblity for sole delivery of recruitment projects, supporting junior members of the team where necessary.
·       Ensures consistent and accurate use of the ATS (Smart Recruiters)
·       Active in terms of inventing new ways to reach candidates, such as improved search strategies and tools for effective candidate sourcing
·       Participates actively in generating an open, professional and trusting relationship with candidates, employees, essential stakeholders and the HR department

Your background
·       In-depth knowledge of Tech recruitment, predominantly infrastructure roles
·       A background in permanent and contract recruitment
·       Expert at sourcing both active and passive candidates
·       Expert at Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean searching and social media
