Office Assistant

Primary responsibilities:

  • General office administrative tasks connected with smooth running of our Warsaw office
  • Handling contacts with office administration of the building and craftsmen for repairs
  • Managing office supplies
  • Handling incoming / outgoing mail
  • Welcoming guests
  • Taking care of reception desk
  • Cooperation with the HR to provide administrative support and undertake any other duties, as required

We look for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Education: minimum BA degree
  • Ability to use MS Office
  • Fluent English and Polish (both spoken and written)
  • Experience related to administration and / or guest relations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with positive approach
  • Very good work organization and attention to detail
