Netcompany Application Management Center maintains the solutions developed by Netcompany, as well as different solutions originally developed by a third party, e.g., our client’s IT department or other suppliers. Thus, we also have extensive experience in running an efficient transition where we, quickly and efficiently, take over the maintenance of third-party solutions.
Netcompany Application Management Center uses processes based on ITIL and is supported by efficient ITSM-tools to ensure that, while we are working agile, there is control of the assignments, and our customers have full access to oversee the case flow, status on single cases, as well as an overview of backlogs.
The application management center takes care of the solutions, and can also host operations with support for application maintenance and development. We work both with solutions operated in the Cloud and on premise – either at Netcompany, with you, or with a third party.
