New members elected to Netcompany’s Board of Directors

Netcompany is pleased to announce Hege Skryseth and Åsa Riisberg as new members of the Board elected at the extraordinary general meeting held today 19th august 2020.

Our two new Board members bring the right skillset, expertise and great energy to the table. Mrs. Hege Skryseth serves as Executive Vice President at Kongsberg and President of Kongsberg Digital. Before joining Kongsberg Hege Skryseth has been managing positions in international technology companies, including the position of CEO of Microsoft Norway and Geodata. Additionally, Hege Skryseth is an experienced board member.

Mrs. Åsa Riisberg, former Partner & Member of the Extended Executive Committee of leading private equity firm EQT, is bringing extensive experience across finance, M&A, investment management and operations to the Netcompany board and will take on the role as Chariman of the Audit Committee of Netcompany. Mrs. Åsa Riisberg was part of the core partner team that led the successful IPO of EQT Partners in 2019. Moreover, Åsa Riisberg has served on multiple international boards, current board seats include Bonnier News, Bonnier Capital, ABGSC Woman in Finance Foundation and Swedish House of Finance.
