Netcompany opens new office in Poland

Netcompany has grown significantly since we opened our first office in Warsaw back in 2005. Today more than 500 people work with us in Poland and the business is expanding. The growing workforce has meant that Netcompany has outgrown its longtime office space and is now moving to a new address.
“With our new office, we now have the best possible environment to enjoy and develop our unique culture. In the office, we have arranged ourselves according to our DNA with ultramodern meeting rooms, where hybrid working spaces are a natural part, and great facilities for both working in teams and hosting social events. This is done since the social aspect and human relations are crucial to our way of working in Netcompany. I’m sure, that the office will be one of the greatest in Warsaw and attract even more talented employees, so we can continue the recent year’s development in Poland,” says CEO of Netcompany André Rogaczewski.
Netcompany’s new office is located right next to the metro station Wilanowska in Warsaw in the P180 office building.

Netcompany does not only provide new jobs for Polish IT-specialists. Netcompany’s branch in Warsaw has always worked with the same career model as the head office in Denmark, which means that the Polish employees naturally blend into all roles in the concern.
Netcompany has an organizational culture based on a Scandinavian approach to work that originates in a mutual corporation in project teams, trust, and respect. The company allows its employees to keep improving their skills to become the best in the industry. Thanks to the extensive social programs, the employees can build relations, exchange ideas, and learn from each other.
