To support our people in their wellbeing, development and ability to deliver, our employees are supported by their personal mentor and go through structured development discussions at least twice a year.
Securing a safe, pleasant, and respectful work environment is not just imperative for the individual throughout their time on the labour market. It is critical for our ability to deliver impactful projects and contribute to the digital transition of society.
We are continuously monitoring sickness levels in combination with other indicators to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our people. To provide a healthy work environment for our people, we offer a range of initiatives that support our employees to have a physically active lifestyle. To ensure the mental wellbeing of our people, we are conscious of supporting each employee on an individual level with structured bi-annual mentor conversations, regular check-ins with their project manager, flexible workplace arrangements as well as a strong social community.
To quantify our employees’ satisfaction, we run an annual employee engagement survey, using the employee Net Promotor Score (eNPS), which is assessed on a scale from -100 to +100. In 2022, we have reached our target with an eNPS of +33, and we will continue to work on keeping a high employee satisfaction score.
