Job Description

We are seeking a Collaboration and Unified Communications Architect to support our enterprise customers to transition to the Hybrid and Modern Workplace.

In order to transform the way our clients work, we are looking for an Architect who understand existing environments and develop new ways of working by leveraging the latest cloud UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS services.

As a Microsoft Gold partner, we are looking to find someone with experience in Microsoft Teams, particularly with exposure to Teams Phone System and the surrounding architecture.  As we pride ourselves in providing the right solution to our customers, exposure to other vendors would also be beneficial.


Skills include:

  • M365 and Modern Workplace technologies
  • Microsoft Teams Devices
  • Knowledge of the Unified Communications market and competing product sets, e.g. Cisco, 8x8, Zoom, Avaya
  • Session Border Controllers and SIP Trunking
  • Network infrastructure and Quality of Service
  • Contact Centre solutions and operations
  • IP Telephony and PBX platforms


In addition to the above the candidate must have experience and be proficient in at least one of the follow:

  • Azure
  • Windows 10\11 including SCCM\Intune
  • AWS
  • M36
  • Eligibility for SC clearance would be highly advatangeous

Previous experience in providing strategic and technical designs and delivering presentations to key stakeholders is also required.
