Job Description

Netcompany are looking for delivery-focused Senior Consultants to join us on a permanent basis, working within the Systems Integration Business Unit in the UK. Candidates are expected to have a genuine passion for project delivery, technology, and have a collaborative approach to working with all Stakeholders, and are ambitious in wanting to grow their careers.  

Your role will help drive forward our delivery capability and deliver optimum solutions to our clients. Based remotely initially, and then in London, you'll be joining a forward-thinking organisation that puts your personal development and career progression first.  

Key Skills  

Formal skills 

  • Minimum 4 + years of external experience with relevant IT, Project Management, or Business Management from a management/tech consultancy.   

Professional skills 

  • Ability to contribute or lead to the successful delivery of a technical or business project, on behalf of a client 

  • Ability to manage stakeholder, client, and third party deliverables and expectations 

  • Ability to ensure accurate and stringent governance cycles are adhered to effectively, both written and verbal 

  • Contributing in preparing analysis, including identification of issues and risks as well as scoping assignments 

  • Ability to understand, communicate and document complex SI services at a level that leaves the client confident and convinced that the delivery will be successful 

 Managerial skills 

  • Ability to manage small projects or outlined areas on bigger projects 

  • Ability to accurately estimate tasks and issues for the team 

  • Ability to provide deliverables on time and of agreed quality 

Personal qualifications 

  • Active participation in generating a professional collaboration on the project, both in regards to the client as well as within the team 

  • Ability to communicate clearly to the management and employees involved on the project, as well as clients regarding commercial aspects and project status 

  • Ability to identify areas for own personal development 

Qualifications  

  • Masters of Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or similar Master’s degree 

  • Project Management Certifications (PMP, Prince2 etc)  

Essential  

  • Candidates must be willing to do UK based travel for projects.   

  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
