A team leader's role

I joined Netcompany in 2017. Before working at Netcompany, I was working as a web developer for 5 years with 3 years as a Salesforce consultant. When I joined Netcompany, I was assigned with my first project where I was working as a team leader. As a team leader, I was working with project management and client communication. I was quickly assigned more responsibility which was a great challenge and it allowed me to develop professionally. The fact that I was give more responsibility, made me feel like I played an important role in the project. Besides that, it is great to work with very skilled colleagues.

Another benefit of working in Netcompany is the many social activities like the After Dark clubs, Friday bars, team building activities and sports activities. With these initiatives, we get to know each other very well, and we think of each other as one big family.
