Siham is a Senior Consultant at Netcompany Norway. Siham has always been interested in technology, and it means a lot to her that she gets to develop solutions that will make a difference for others. As a Senior Consultant, Siham is trusted with a lot of responsibility and gets to motivate and engage her colleagues to achieve the project's goals.

Through international trips, workshops, and professional sparring, Bằng is building his skillset and learning from industry experts around the world. As an ‘IT Fresher’, the professional training that Bằng receives through the Netcompany Academy is invaluable, as it makes him well-equipped to handle the many new technologies that he will use in his future work.

Mads found a good fit between his education in Computer Science and working as an IT consultant. He graduated from the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Copenhagen in 2021, and just after he started working at Netcompany. In this interview, Mads shares his thoughts about his first year in Netcompany.

Together with the team and the client, Arjan is involved in major international IT projects where he designs, builds, and tests applications. And although it is sometimes challenging, working in international teams, learning from his colleagues and meeting new cultures is very rewarding for Arjan.

Meet Kemi Oyemade from our London office in the UK. As one of our senior consultants, Kemi doesn’t just mentor and support her junior colleagues, but is also on her own journey of continual learning and feedback through her day-to-day role, and the Netcompany academy.

And although coding has always been an area of interest for her, she recognises that there are many things to consider as a software developer besides coding.

Coming from a boarding with limited IT, Zaira wanted to be a part of the fast moving technology on the outside world. Now we are happy to have her as one of our Infrastructure Consultants. 

Planning and executing test activities are among some of Hưng’s daily tasks – and now he can add teaching to the list! Becoming an instructor at our Netcompany Academy was quite intimidating at first, but Hưng knows that teaching is also learning. His new role as an instructor gives him plenty of opportunity to develop his communication skills, and he likes the personal challenge of knowledge sharing with his talented colleagues.

Pernille Mohn loves to challenge herself. Whether it being kitesurfing, cross-country skiing in the Norwegian snow-covered landscape or developing new software for large IT projects. She always seeks to develop her skills and is not afraid to try something new. This has led her on a professional journey, where she has taken on different roles – both within and outside of Netcompany.

Rasmus Hagemann started working at Netcompany after he got his master’s degree in Software Engineering. He worked his way up to become a principal and decided it was time to use his skills outside of Netcompany. Four years later, Rasmus once again does his daily commute to the Netcompany office.

Being a mom, a mentor and a Manager naturally leads to a busy lifestyle. But with flexible work hours, Anke manages to pursue her dreams without compromising family time. Through her career, Anke is used to perform in different roles and helping others overcome their challenges – something that she finds rewarding, as it helps herself and her team members grow both personally and professionally.
