We believe you should strive to never stop learning. We designed Netcompany Academy to promote growth and learning for everyone across the business. All employees are enrolled in Netcompany Academy — no matter your seniority. Together, we develop through mandatory seminars, certifications and pop-up courses.

The timing and content is aligned with your chosen career path, role and ambitions. All seminars and training courses are tailored specifically to supplement the skills and knowledge gained from your daily tasks and responsibilities. As an experienced employee at Netcompany, Netcompany Academy courses and seminars will focus on continuous development, managerial skills, in-depth understanding of methodology, plus leadership and strategy. As you progress through the content, you’ll naturally take on more responsibility as a manager, and you’ll network with your peers.

Here, our colleagues around the globe meet for a five-day deep dive into our distinct methodologies, learning how to apply best practices on the job.

Knowledge sharing is easy through our Netcompany Centres of Excellence (CoE). The CoEs are internal knowledge-based communities that cover everything from specific technologies to methodology — e.g. Java, data migration, Oracle, .NET, Episerver, Salesforce, Sharepoint, high quality coding and much more.
