I have received a lot of responsibility under safe conditions in the project

I am currently working as a developer on a project together with other developers and designers. The atmosphere is great, and it is always possible to ask for help from my colleagues. I have gotten enough responsibility, and I get challenged and learn something new every day. In addition to working on the project, there is a focus on professional development and great opportunities for personal development. I see many different possibilities for my career in Netcompany, and I receive great guidance to find the right path for me.
