Ms. Susan Cooklin, former managing director of Route Services at Network Rail, is joining the Netcompany Board of Directors, as well as the Netcompany Audit Committee. Susan Cooklin has extensive information technology experience, strategic and commercial knowledge, general executive leadership and a deep knowledge of both the private and public sectors in UK. Susan Cooklin joins the board with broad experience having served on multiple boards, including Electricity North West where she is currently an independent non-executive Director.
