Our Service Management Practice delivers infrastructure support services to a significant number of clients, across multiple sectors. The current team is approximately 20 strong and offers prospective candidates with the opportunity for unparalleled recognition, skills exposure and enhancements, and career development, across multiple business areas.
The role is primarily Leeds based however it can be delivered from our London office if required. Our Service Consultants may be required to work at our client locations as required.
The role will involve:
As a Service Management Consultant, you will be required to augment and support an existing Service delivery team within an existing account to support multiple Service-related delivery Projects and potential operational cover.
Tasks may include:
- Assist with project activities related to Knowledge Management including requirements gathering and analysis
- Working alongside Service Architect to support project discovery and delivery
- Population of ServiceNow data
- Service Asset and Service Configuration Management
- Elements of Incident, Problem, Change and Request Management along with other ITIL functions
- Supporting Service Design Manager by providing input into Service Management discovery and design
- Status reporting, development and delivery
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Desirable ITIL 4 Create, Deliver and Support and/or ITIL 3 Practitioner
