Tasks and technologies

You will be part of the HR department's ambitious recruitment team in Denmark, where you will work closely with skilled colleagues, who are passionate about achieving our ambitious HR goals together.

As a department and HR professionals, we work dedicated in regard to the different parts of the organization as well as to future employees and managers. This requires a deep understanding of what people are passionate about and how they thrive and are challenged in the best possible way for us to make the most of a hectic everyday life.

It’s not a requirement for you to have experience with recruitment within IT, tech or biotech (but of course this is considered an advantage). You will get the support and advice you need, and we will make sure that you will get into things quickly through a thorough onboarding program.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Recruitment of IT profiles in the Nordic region with focus on search in relevant databases
  • Coordination and execution of recruitment interviews
  • Support and advisory on recruitment across business areas
  • Participation in Employer Branding activities in the Nordic region
  • Other HR-related tasks

About you

  • Are fluent in both Swedish and English
