Job Description

In IT Services, you will be part of a team where you together with 24 experienced colleagues will support both on-site from our office in London, Leeds and virtually across Denmark, Norway, The Netherlands, Poland and Vietnam. We ensure that you have a challenging everyday life with good development opportunities, both professionally and personally.

You can work independently and proactively based on the overall framework.

    Key Responsbilities:

    • Single Point of Contact (SPoC) in Netcompany and act as an ambassador for IT Services.
    • You will provide support on most end user application like O365, Teams, Outlook, and local applications on PC`s and mobile devices.
    • Participate in the maintenance of the workplaces in our offices
    • Purchase and distribution of hardware & software.


    We imagine that you have:

    • Experience working within an IT department, providing support to end users.
    • Worked with end user environments across a wide technology stack
    • solid knowledge of the Windows 10 platform and other Microsoft technologies
    • Service-minded, team player and be driven to help users.

    It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of one or more of the technologies below:

    • Office 365
    • Active Directory
    • SharePoint
    • Audio & Video technologies
    • Microsoft Exchange
